STUDIO RENTAL CONTRACT
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, representations, or agreements.
Reserved Time: The Renter agrees to reserve the Studio for the agreed-upon rental period, as set forth below. Any time over the agreed-upon rental period will incur an additional charge of $40 per hour.
Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking: Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises without prior written consent. If permitted, alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in compliance with local laws.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and may involve law enforcement.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the Studio and on its property. Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional cleaning fees.
Animals: No animals with the exception of service animals unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cleaning: The Renter is responsible for leaving the Studio in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental period. This includes removing any trash, debris, and personal belongings. NO cake smashes, champagne sprays, glitter, paint, or smoke bombs.
Equipment/Damages: The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all equipment provided by the Studio (if any) is used properly and safely. The Studio will provide an inventory of available equipment at the time of booking. Any damage or loss to the Studio's equipment or property caused by the Renter or their guests will be the financial responsibility of the Renter.
The Renter agrees to reimburse the Studio for the repair or replacement of any property, furniture, or equipment damaged during the rental period, whether intentionally, negligently, or accidentally.
The Studio reserves the right to inspect the premises and all equipment before and after the rental period. If any damage or missing equipment is found, the Renter will be notified and required to pay for the cost of repair or replacement.
Exclusivity: The Renter shall have exclusive use of the Studio during the rental period. The Studio may not be used by any other individuals or groups unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Renter shall not allow any third parties to access or use the Studio without prior written consent from the Studio.
Force Majeure: The Studio will not be held liable for any failure to perform under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
Insurance: Renter agrees to have liability insurance at the time of rental.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
Waiver of Liability/Conduct: The Renter agrees to hold the Studio harmless from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, or damages that may arise from the Renter’s use of the Studio, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of property.
The Renter agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or illegal by the Studio will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, and the Renter may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
The Renter shall ensure that their guests or associates comply with all applicable laws, Studio rules, and regulations.
